Hi TCP Company,
Please see attached link for work day schedules. I did my best to schedule based on the availability you identified when you received your casting offer. I am truly grateful for how generous many of your were with you availability and willingness to take on extra volunteer work beyond what was expected. Every part of this organization is built on volunteerism, and our shows would not be possible without the hard work of hundreds of people onstage and off!
We hope that your involvement in TCP work days is every bit as meaningful as your time on stage. Many of you may find yourself taking on tasks you never imagined you would be able to do. This is the beauty of TCP. Showing up with a “can-do attitude” and a willingness to learn is all you need. If you ever don’t know what to do, someone will be around to guide you.
Please review this document carefully and ensure you know when you are expected to be present. All work days are held at the New Hamburg Community Centre/ Arena. You will receive specific work day instructions closer to the day. If you have had a change in your availability, please email me at productions@thecommunityplayers.com so we can work out other arrangements.
